$1,000 grants for Discover Sailing Centres

With the support of the Queensland Government, Australian Sailing is pleased to announce that Queensland Clubs who are Discover Sailing Centres will be able to apply for a grant of $1,000 to deliver a Discover Sailing Day between now and the end of June 2022.

Queensland Club Feedback on Safety items in preparation for feedback to Maritime Safety Queensland

One of the key roles Australian Sailing plays for the benefit of our sailing community is an advocate around marine safety and our strong measures in place as a sport. Australian Sailing has been invited to make comment on a range of potentially new safety recommendations for consideration by Maritime Safety Queensland. I would like to further extend this invitation to our Queensland Clubs to provide me with your comments and feedback for inclusion into our response on the initiatives.
