Renaming Learn to Sail Course Templates

Following a review of our Learn to Sail templates, we will be renaming all course templates. The current convention uses numbers to indicate course level
However, when users search via the course finder, this structure is unclear and does not highlight the type of sailing offered.
To improve usability, the new naming convention will list the type of sailing program first, followed by the course name
This allows courses to be grouped by sailing program in the finder, making them easier to browse.
Additionally, removing course numbers will result in a cleaner, more professional-looking course completion certificate.
