SportWest Member organisations can nominate individuals from the WA sporting community, recognising outstanding performances in social/community sport level participation.

Clubs will also be able to directly nominate individuals, however clubs must also have the endorsement of a SportWest Member organisation for the entry to be eligible and considered by the selection panel. ALL ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED VIA A SPORTWEST MEMBER ORGANISATION or with their direct endorsement.

All nominations should include a photo of the nominated person/s with approval for SportWest to use the image for the purposes of promoting their achievements, participation in community sport and in communicating the broader value of sport to communities across Western Australia.
