Through various forms of feedback provided via clubs and observations of visiting clubs over the last few years it has become apparent that many clubs are struggling with good governance and strategic planning. To help, we have formed a partnership with TD Solutions and Active Queenslanders Industry Alliance (AQIA) to pilot providing some governance training and strategic planning assistance to clubs.
