35 boats from all over the state headed to the deep south during the Easter break for the very windy Gemmill Homes Flying Fifteen 2019 State Championships at Esperance Bay Yacht Club.

The annual Diggers' Cup Race was held at Royal Perth Yacht Club on Anzac Day 2019
78 boats, all different designs, spread across a 65-minute start line and time, to culminate in a spectacular finish. This years’ Royal Perth Yacht Club Diggers Cup achieved this with the top three just four seconds apart. 16 boats finished in the first 10 minutes and everyone within 35 minutes.

71st Bunbury Return
14 yachts set off from Fremantle ports in the annual Royal Freshwater Bay Yacht Club’s Bunbury and Return Ocean Race. Sailors have flocked to this years’ event in memory of skipper Rob Thomas and crewman Paul Owens who lost their lives when their yacht Finistere capsized.
