To retain a register of those attending the Australian Sailing National Training Centre, a record of your name, address, email mobile number is recorded through this form. Any person entering an Australian Sailing facility is required to sign in once per day.
Personal details will be shared with local public health authorities if any staff member or visitor with contact at facility becomes ill with a suspected infectious disease. If you will not agree to this, you cannot attend the facility. Data will be automatically removed after 28 days.
