Add your event to the SheSails calendar

As a Club/Class or Centre set up their own events or courses, it is possible to request your events be added to the National Calendar. The approval process is a manual process by which Australian Sailing receive a notification that there is an event request. If you need your event added urgently, please contact your local Club Services Officer.

Event Criteria

For Clubs to upload an event to the SheSails website they must meet the following criteria:

• The event must be organised and sanctioned by an Australian Sailing member club
• There must be a club representative present for the duration of the SheSails event
• The event must comply with relevant Australian Sailing safety regulations
• Events can be any sailing related activity run by the club, this includes (but not limited to):
  • Regattas
  • Fitness classes
  • Australian Sailing courses
  • Social sailing events
  • Workshops
  • Club run courses and events
• The events should be run in an friendly, inclusive and safe environment

Request Process

Follow the process below to request your event being added to the National Calendar:

1. After creating your event in your revSPORT portal click on the  OPTIONS  menu 

2. Select  EVENT SHARING

3. Tick the box for Australian Sailing and click SAVE DETAILS

This will share your event with Australian Sailing who will then add your event to the calendar.
