The Department of Tourism, Innovation and Sport is pleased to be offering a series of Virtual Workshops to assist organisations understand their roles and responsibilities regarding member protection and the complaints handling process. 

All sessions will be hosted by Morgan Lander, a specialist in risk management whose work focuses on pro-active education and training providing the sport and recreation sector with the education and skills they require to navigate a myriad of issues and reduce risk of harm to stakeholders.
