Notice is given to all members of Yachting New South Wales Inc (YNSW) that it is proposed to voluntarily cancel the registration of Yachting New South Wales Inc at a General Meeting of the association to be held at Royal Sydney Yacht Squadron on Monday 10^th December 2018 at 6.00pm.

Agenda:
The following motion specifies the intention to voluntarily cancel the registration of YNSW as a special Resolution, under clause 6 (c) of the Constitution and section 39 of the Associations Incorporation Act 2009 (NSW) (“Act”)
THAT the members of Yachting NSW Inc resolve to:

1. Voluntarily cancel the registration of Yachting NSW Incorporated as an Incorporated Association under the Act and transfer the Yachting NSW Inc. surplus cash reserves to Australian Sailing Limited

and that if passed, will come into force on the date that appropriate notice is lodged with the NSW Director-General.
