Victoria’s youth sailors are invited to Sorrento Sailing Couta Boat Club in April 2024 for the Zhik Youth Sail Championships.

The event will comprise of a two-day coaching clinic on 4th & 5th April, followed by the Zhik Victorian Youth Championships on the 6th & 7th April.

This opportunity is open to sailors under the age of 23 and those attending will receive engaging learning and skill development opportunities, safe and fair competition, plenty of social interaction with peers and performance recognition.

Sorrento Sailing Couta Boat Club has carefully chosen these dates after consulting the tide charts. The conditions on these dates should be far more favourable than those experienced last year.

The Club invites all junior and youth sailors to this event to improve their sailing skills, knowledge, and work together whilst having fun.

Australian Sailing would also like to welcome expressions of interest from Victorian Club sailing coaches who would like to participate and experience the event as a coach. This will provide professional development opportunities and expand our club coaching network.
