Put Your Club on the Map – Share Your Events with the Australian Sailing Community

Every regatta, open day, twilight series, training clinic and club event is an opportunity to showcase your club and attract new participants. That's why Australian Sailing is encouraging every affiliated club and class association to ensure their events are listed on the Australian Sailing National Events Calendar.
The National Events Calendar is the central destination for sailors, volunteers, officials, coaches and families looking for sailing opportunities across Australia. Whether someone is searching for their next regatta, a Discover Sailing Day, a coaching clinic or a major championship, the calendar helps connect people with your club and your events.
Why upload your events?
Uploading your events delivers benefits well beyond your existing membership.

Sharing your event is simple. If your club uses revSPORT, events can be shared directly from your club portal with Australian Sailing for inclusion on the National Events Calendar. Clubs can also submit event details to the National Event Manager for publication.
The more events that are listed, the more valuable the calendar becomes for everyone in the sailing community.
Take a few minutes to check your upcoming calendar and make sure your events are visible to the entire Australian sailing community.

How to Promote Your Events
Australian Sailing has several ways we can help promote your club or class events.
Please share club and class events to the national event calendar and send news to the national and state and event news pages. You can also tag our social pages so we will see you posts and can reshare them.
Australian Sailing Calendar
Clubs and Class Associations can share major regattas to the Australian Sailing Event Calendar.

Share your event from your Club or Class revSPORT portal, See the calendar and the ‘How to add your event guide’ here >>CLICK HERE

Or email the details including event dates and the link to the event website to regattas@sailing.org.au to be added to the calendar.

Please note, you do not need to share Discover Sailing Centre courses as these automatically display on the course finder.
