The Inclusion, Diversity & Equity Advisory Group's overall aim is provide expertise and advice to Australian Sailing on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion engagement initiatives and related matters.

As a member of  the  Inclusion, Diversity and Equity Advisory Group, you will bring a breadth and depth of knowledge, relationships, and information to specifically;

• Provide recommendations to Australian Sailing on the development and implementation of a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Framework and associated action plans, guidelines, policies, and other inclusion matters as required.
• Act as an advocate and sponsor for Australian Sailing to raise awareness of the importance of diversity, gender, equity and inclusion within clubs and class associations.
• Advise on sailing pathways and programs designed to drive social outcomes.
• Share insights into current and emerging goals of under – represented  communities across Australia.
• Advise on the development of targets and for sailing to improve its equity, diversity, and inclusion metrics in the immediate short term and over the longer term.
