Australian Sailing is committed to the ongoing health and safety of everyone involved with Australian Sailing-run events, courses and other activities.

The Board of Australian Sailing recently approved a COVID-19 vaccination policy which aims to take all reasonably practical steps to ensure a safe and healthy working environment for all staff and other stakeholders.

The policy requires all Australian Sailing staff and athletes to be fully vaccinated.

In addition, being fully vaccinated is now also a prerequisite for all people participating in any Australian Sailing run course or event, or visiting an AS office.

The policy is non-binding for clubs but will ensure that Australian Sailing staff will be able to comply with any club vaccination policies when they visit your premises.
