As well as complying with the Child Safeguarding Policy and other NIF Policies, clubs, classes, and Discover Sailing Centres must comply with a range of legal requirements. As these laws are implemented at the State level, they differ across Australia. Accordingly, this page provides summaries of some relevant child safeguarding legislation in each State and Territory.
