Tackling The Tough Conversations
It’s not uncommon or unreasonable to find ourselves in situations where our objectives and ideas don’t align entirely with those around us.
Despite conflict being a reality of life, many people report little confidence in addressing or handling it; inhibiting our ability to create intentional win/win outcomes.
Tackling the Tough Conversations has been developed for She Sails participants to address skills related to:
- Identifying conflict and its sources
- Managing diverse agendas
- Understanding personality styles
- Developing methods for overcoming conflict
- Setting a platform for a win/win outcome
