Two 60 minute online webinar sessions:

• Tuesday 26 May - 6:30pm to 7:30pm 

• Tuesday 9 June - 6:30pm to 7:30pm

This course features essential content for all involved at a Club governance level.

JGC Group Training and Consulting Director Gary Collins will lead a workshop, covering the following:

• Securing the future of your club
• Building resilience and succession
• Rules of Association – understanding the requirements of your ‘Constitution’
• Key roles and responsibilities of Board/Committee members
• Effective club management – working together as a team
• Developing protocols, policies and procedures 
• Establishing planning a standard club practice
