Hear from Amy Potter about her Sail Our Way initiative and her work helping more women in Tasmania discover the confidence, connection and opportunities that sailing can offer. Be inspired by Julia Hornsby, the first woman Commodore in the history of the Royal Prince Alfred Yacht Club, as she reflects on leadership, breaking new ground and creating pathways for women.
