Be inspired. Be connected. Be part of the future of sailing.

Join us online for an inspiring evening on Monday 19 October   7.00 pm - 8.30 pm (AEST) celebrating the women shaping the future of sailing as part of World Sailing’s Steering the Course Festival.

Hear from Olympic medallists Jo Aleh and Belinda Stowell as they share the stories, lessons and people behind their remarkable journeys—from Olympic success to leadership, mentoring and the importance of giving back. Discover what it means to “Give to Gain” and how supporting others can create opportunities for the next generation.

Meet women making a difference at every level of our sport. Hear from Amy Potter about her Sail Our Way initiative and her work helping more women in Tasmania discover the confidence, connection and opportunities that sailing can offer. Be inspired by Julia Hornsby, the first woman Commodore in the history of the Royal Prince Alfred Yacht Club, as she reflects on leadership, breaking new ground and creating pathways for women.

And hear directly from the young sailors featured in the new SheSails Shape the Wind film, as they share their experiences, aspirations and what sailing means to them.

Whether you’re a sailor, volunteer, leader, coach, supporter or simply passionate about creating more opportunities for women in sailing, this online event is a chance to hear inspiring stories, learn from those who have forged new paths and leave motivated to make a difference.

The event is free — register now to secure your place!
