The Accreditation Application Form allows you to submit evidence of prior seminar attendance (within the last 4 years), exam results, performance assessment and events experience to meet the course accreditation criteria.

Submitting an Application Form is free of cost and will be processed within within 4 weeks of being submitted.

Applicants that are accrediting with a prior seminar attendance (after January 2017), will have paid a $115.00 registration fee which includes the purchase of an Australian Sailing Officials long sleeved polo shirt (redeemable upon accreditation).

Applicants that attended seminars prior to January 2017 will be entitled to a $40 voucher for the purchase of the Australian Sailing Officials long sleeved polo shirt.

Who should duse this form?

The State Judge accreditation is aimed at people who wish to be part of championship jury and may aspire to become a senior Judge. Those who may be interested in becoming a State Judge include parents who may have experience with sailing and want to contribute to the sport, volunteers at yacht clubs and sailors who no longer actively participate in the sport.

Accreditation Application - Outcome

Participants will become accredited as a State Judge; a person capable of being a Protest Committee Chair and handling cases, who’s knowledge encompasses the entirety of Racing Rules of Sailing.
