The Victorian Premier has announced changes to Melbourne’s restrictions as well as changes to regional restrictions for at least the next six weeks until Sunday 13 September.

From Friday 3rd July 2020 the Stage 3 requirements under the Queensland Government’s “Roadmap to easing Queensland’s restrictions - A step-down approach to COVID-19” will take effect. Australian Sailing welcomes these relaxations and thanks the Queensland Government for providing the framework.

Contact Tracing

In line with the South Australian Government requirements Organisations are to ensure that all participants for indoor activities are to provide their name and phone number or email address on a Contact Tracing Form. The person conducting the activity retains a record of those contact details and produces them at the request of an authorised officer.

ACT June Update - Return to Sailing

From midnight on 29 May 2020 the ACT will enter Phase 2A of recommencement for community sporting activity, allowing the re-activation of sporting activities and venues, including gyms, while also increasing the allowable number of people in a “small group” to 20 participants/players plus coach or instructor.
