Club Pathway Development Resource Suggestion

The Club Pathways resources are in a development stage. We encourage clubs and centres to request the addition of new resources to further support and promote the aims of the programs.

Club Pathway resource aims are:

To develop instructors and coaches.
To assist club volunteers and staff with the administration of the Club Pathway programs.
To assist in communications, such as with program stakeholders (parents and sailors).
To foster youth development at clubs.
To guide clubs on pathway programs to suit the club.
The collective of resources will form a 'Club Pathway Playbook.'
