Bio

I am a lifelong sailor with a broad background across dinghies, multihulls, keelboats, and offshore racing. I began sailing at age 8 on my own Minnow and progressed into 125s as a teenage skipper, while also crewing on a Corsair that went on to win the Victorian State Titles. By my mid-teens I was racing Hobie catamarans and windsurfers, developing strong instincts for balance, trim, and close-quarters tactical racing. I later owned and cruised a Sonata 8, further rounding out my keelboat handling and seamanship.

Over the past few years I have shifted my focus toward offshore racing and deliveries, gaining experience across a wide range of yachts and sailing programs around the country. This has included Category 1 and 2 races, S2H, M2H, multi-day passages, night sailing, and heavy-weather helming. I take pride in being adaptable and capable in any position on board, learning quickly on new boats, integrating well within different crews, and supporting skippers with a calm, safety-first mindset. Offshore I have proven to be resilient, reliable, and comfortable in challenging conditions, with no history of seasickness.

My goal is to continue building my offshore experience by contributing to well-run boats and committed teams. I bring a lifetime of sailing knowledge, strong situational awareness from dinghy racing, and a positive, hard-working attitude suited to both racing and delivery environments.
