EOI - 2019 Westsail 

Australian Sailing (AS) is calling for expressions of interest for Westsail 2019. This year Westsail is offering two streams of sailing; performance and participation pathways. Westsail is open to all junior and youth sailors in metro and regional WA.

The performance component is open to past sailors who have received an invite to Westsail or moved up in ranking that is determined by the Class Association rankings and or the Senior Club Coach.

The participation pathways component is open to all classes, this may mean they are sitting under silver/Intermediate fleet in the junior class or they have just transitioned from a junior to a youth class. If you are unsure in choosing a pathway, please select participation and your pathway will be assessed and determined by Class/Club Senior Coach and ranking.

Dates for Westsail are Saturday 28^th September to Tuesday 1^st October. This is followed by WA Youth Champs from Wednesday 2^nd to Thursday 3^rd October. Both events will be held at Royal Freshwater Bay Yacht Club (RFBYC).

Registration for Westsail closes on the 28 June 2019 and invitations will be sent to successful applicants in mid-July.

Fees
Westsail $460 per sailor
This year the fee includes Westsail as well as on-water coaching at the WA Youth Championships.

WA Youth Championships:
Single Handed = $100 and Double-Handed = $120.
