To ensure young sailors gain access to the best support as they progress through their sailing pathway, Australian Sailing continues to evolve its Performance Pathway which outlines progression from competitive club sailing to the Australian Sailing Team (AST). Join us to hear from our Performance Pathways team as they provide an update on their strategic plan.

This session will cover an update of the evolution of the AS Performance Pathways Strategy and address: Plans for AS Youth Squads/Teams, domestic opportunities for the support of youth sailor development (supplementary to their club training and racing), entry into the performance pathway and what that has to offer to the development of sailors with high performance potential.
