Some of the largest and fastest multihulls, both catamarans and trimarans, will descend on Whitsunday Sailing Club’s (WSC) Airlie Beach Race Week Festival of Sailing to compete in the 2019 Australian Multihull Championship, to be held from 8-15 August.

52 ladies attended a She Sails try sailing day at Darling Point Sailing Squadron on the weekend. The entire event was run by women for women and the huge turnout was fantastic.

Bill Hatfield entered the Gold Coast Seaway yesterday morning at 01:04:28, after spending a tremendous 414 days at sea. Aged 79, Bill arrived at Southport Yacht Club on Monday 10th September 2018 becoming the oldest solo sailor to circumnavigate the world west-about.
