Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Strategy Survey

We are pleased to announce that Australian Sailing is currently developing a comprehensive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Strategy for the entire sailing community. Your input is crucial in this process as we strive to create a strategy that truly reflects the needs and aspirations of our diverse community.

To ensure that our strategy is inclusive and representative, we have prepared a draft mission statement and focus areas, and we are eager to receive your feedback. Your participation in this short survey will provide invaluable insights that will guide us in refining and enhancing the strategy.

Your responses will remain anonymous, and all data collected will be aggregated and anonymized for the sole purpose of informing our strategy development. The deadline for responses is Thursday 2nd May 2024.
