Reporting to the Sailing Manager, the Lead Sailing Instructor will be responsible for the Learn to Sail program and deliver the following:
- Provide quality sailing instruction to learn to sail students
- Ensure a safe and enjoyable learning environment for all participants
- Prepare lesson plans
- Roster Instructors as needed
- Assist in preparing LTS equipment and packing up
- Maintain and care for the sailing equipment
- Contribute to the overall growth and development of our sailing community
- Mentor Instructors and Assistant Instructors
- Additional Coaching opportunities also available for suitable candidates
