The Australian Sailing (AS) National Youth Squad is a national domestic program dedicated to developing the next generation of sailing talent. 

 The AS National Youth Squad offers young sailors the opportunity to train in a performance environment with access to world-class coaches, national training camps, and off-water education. The AS National Youth Squad program is designed to complement the sailors existing club and class coaching programs, and supports sailors as they build further skills, confidence and experience needed to compete nationally and internationally in supported Youth Pathway classes - (ILCA 6, 29er, 420, IQfoil, Formula Kite, Nacra 15). 

Each year, the National Youth Squad plays a vital role in shaping the future of sailing in Australia by fostering growth, resilience and excellence both on and off the water.
