In early 2022, we released our 10-year strategic plan, SAILING 2032.

The plan was developed in conjunction with a range of stakeholders, including clubs, class associations, volunteers, staff and Discover Sailing Centres. Implementing our Strategic Plan continues to drive the work and focus of Australian Sailing.

Throughout the lifespan of SAILING 2032, we will be reporting on the progress made on the Strategic Plan. The Strategic Plan Progress Report is the first time Australian Sailing has publicly reported on how we are tracking against our stated strategic targets. In the report you will see the targets we set in the strategy, along with some of the wins we have had since its launch last year.
